What is temporary housing?
Temporary housing, also known as corporate housing or interim living, is the cost effective alternative for employees or individuals who require "long-term" housing due to relocation, disaster, or a lengthy yet temporary assignment. You are provided with ready-to-live-in accommodations specifically suited to your needs.

What is included in the HomeForNow service?
Coordination and preparation of your accommodations. Apartment rent, local telephone, light, gas, water, cable and monthly furnishings..

What is the minimum lease term?
30 days in most cases, however, if a shorter term is required, check with us for availability.

How do I pay for my apartment?
We include everything in one, simple, customized invoice. You will be billed every month and we accept all major credit cards.

Is there a security deposit required?
Usually we do require a security deposit. It is fully refundable as long as there aren't any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Are pets welcome?
Many properties we work with do allow pets. Usually an additional pet fee is required.
